Terms and Conditions – Nexgen Janitorial Winnipeg
​1. Scope of Services
Nexgen Janitorial Winnipeg provides commercial cleaning services including but not limited to office cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and eco-friendly maintenance. Services are customized based on client needs and outlined in individual service agreements.
2. Service Schedule
Cleaning services will be performed according to the agreed-upon schedule. Any changes to the schedule must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
3. Access to Premises
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times. Any delays or restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly or upon completion of one-time services. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
6. Liability & Insurance
Nexgen Janitorial Winnipeg is fully insured and bonded. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or loss of items not documented prior to service. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
7. Health & Safety
We adhere to all provincial health and safety regulations. Our staff is trained in safe cleaning practices and uses approved eco-friendly products whenever possible.
8. Confidentiality
All client information and access details are kept confidential. Our staff is trained to respect privacy and maintain discretion while on-site.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Nexgen Janitorial reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or breach of contract.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with provincial regulations.
